It sounds like you have the flu. I'll prescribe some stronger medication. You should rest at home for a couple of days. Do you need a medical certificate for your employer?
बिरामी
हो डाक्टर, मलाई मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट चाहिन्छ किनभने म दुई दिन काममा जान सक्दिन। मेरो बसले बल्क बिलिंग गर्छ कि गर्दैन हेर्नुपर्छ।
Doctor
Yes, we do bulk billing here so there's no charge. I'll write you a certificate for two days. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get enough sleep.
बिरामी
धन्यवाद डाक्टर। औषधि कहिलेसम्म खानुपर्छ?
Doctor
Take the medication for five days, twice a day after meals. If you don't feel better after that, come back and we'll do some blood tests.
बिरामी
ठीक छ, धन्यवाद डाक्टर। प्रेस्क्रिप्सन कहाँ लैजाने हो?
Doctor
